FREDERICK SCHOLL is a highly accomplished Global Senior Information Security Risk Manager. Dr. Scholl earned a BS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. He is currently at Quinnipiac University, where he is MS Cybersecurity Program Founder and Associate Teaching Professor. Previously, Fred founded Monarch Information Networks, LLC to enable trusted clients to protect their information. He was also Senior Manager of Information Security and Control for Nissan Americas.

His business experience also includes co-founding Codenoll Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: CODN) where he was Senior Vice President and Board Member. Career accomplishments also include 13 US Patents related to network technology and fiber optics.

He chaired the IEEE committee that wrote the first standard for Ethernet communication over fiber optic links, now used world-wide.

YUSUF USMAN is an emerging leader in cybersecurity and AI-driven threat defense. He earned an M.S. in Cybersecurity from Quinnipiac University and a BS in Computer Science, and his work spans enterprise security operations, incident response, business continuity, and advanced research across national technology environments. He currently serves as Cybersecurity Research & AI Development Engineer at iSenseHUB, following previous roles as Cybersecurity Research Assistant at Quinnipiac University, Cybersecurity Incident Response and Business Continuity Specialist at Help at Home, Cybersecurity Analyst at the National Assembly of Nigeria, and IT Support Specialist at Lamido-Tex NIG LTD.

His research portfolio includes NASA-funded development of AI-enhanced physical-layer security for 5G and 6G millimeter-wave Massive MIMO systems, as well as leading the first statewide data-breach analysis in the United States for Connecticut a study now exceeding 150,000 downloads which he is expanding to New York and Massachusetts.

He serves as Young Professionals Chair and State Coordinator for the IEEE Connecticut Section, contributing to one of the world’s largest professional engineering organizations.
